Where it pays first

Four queues. Four clocks. One way of working.

Each of these is a regulated deadline somebody else set, with a financial penalty attached and a decision that has to carry a named signature. That shape is what we are built for — the sector vocabulary changes, the mechanism does not.

Lead wedge

Health insurance operations

A response window measured in hours, and 0.03% of the net claimed amount per day

Denial management and resubmission on the provider side, pre-authorisation triage for payers and TPAs. An unforgiving clock, a penalty measured in dirhams per day, a mandated submission format, and a determination that has to carry a clinical signature.

Second wave

Community & service charge management

An annual calendar that does not move

Service charge budgets and submission packs, every line item traced to a contract, an invoice or a prior-year actual. Regulated, recurring, document-shaped, and rejected for exactly the things a careful assembly prevents.

Second wave

Freight & customs operations

Free time expiring while the file moves

Demurrage and detention claim packs, with the timeline rebuilt from source documents and the recoverable amount costed. Real recovery money, deadline-bound, and nobody’s core job.

Patient

Trade finance operations

five banking days from presentation

Document examination and the discrepancy advice, every finding citing its article. The highest-value work in this market and the longest sale — we start the relationship early and do not pretend otherwise.

If none of the four is yours

The mechanism does not care about your sector.

What it cares about is the shape: a deadline you did not set, a queue that misses it, a cost to missing it, and someone who has to put their name on the result. If your queue has that shape, the conversation is worth having even though there is no page for it here.

What we will not do is invent a page for a sector we have not worked in. Four is what we can do properly; a longer list would be a claim about breadth we cannot yet support.
The next step

One queue, one batch, three working days.
